klesh opened a new issue, #5924:

   ## What and why to refactor
   
   Currently, both  `Blueprint.Plan` and `Pipeline.Plan`  are defined with type `json.RawMessage` which mean we have to manually Marshal and Unmarshal them before using or storing them.
   
   They should be refactored just like https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/5315
   
   
   
   
   ## Describe the solution you'd like
   Change the type to [PipelinePlan](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/3847f035d4573bb2509ecd17e4b6318d1a14194f/backend/core/plugin/plugin_pipeline.go#L36) and remove deprecated code
