[doc] DITA-OT1.0.1 root directory name changes

Release of dita-ot1.01 of changes the root directory name convention.

I am currently on a slow connection, and a bit bogged down.  Jeff might 
know a bit more about this, but we should track changes to this etc.  
But, the name change should fix the problem of not telling by the 
directory name if it's source or not.

Also, what is tracking going to do to our ant build.xml and website.  
This is an artifact of name changes (guess the world isn't perfect).
