Bulk changes of JIRA issues

Hi Emmanuel,

you might already know this: if you choose "Tools"/"Bulk change" on a
list of JIRA issues, you can suppress sending an email at the last
step of the workflow.

Yes, I just click on 'finish' too fast...

It's plain stupid that the option is not set to false by default :/
