this list is un-unsubscribable ?

The automatic unsubscribe system does not work due to the email address
being too long.

I have emailed, as per instructions to,

tomcat-user-unsubscribe@jakarta.apache.org

and also to:

tomcat-user-request@jakarta.apache.org

tomcat-user-owner@jakarta.apache.org

all to no avail. i have waited a week now.

Noticing when browser drops/closes socket to Tomcat

Posted by ca...@kego.com.

Is there a way to notice or capture inside a servlet(jsp)
thread when the browser closes the TCP/IP connection to
Tomcat ??

Thanks,
Cameron Elliott

GET ME OFF THIS FUCKING LIST

Posted by felix <fe...@crucial-systems.com>.

THE UNSUBSCRIBE IS BROKEN. IT RELIES ON A LONG EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS
PROBABLY BROKEN BY OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

GET ME OFF THIS FUCKING LIST.

POLITENESS HAS FAILED TO WORK. 4 WEEKS I HAVE TRIED TO GET OFF.

I EMAIL THE OWNER OF THE LIST. SOME STUPID EMAIL PATCH REDIRECT FAILS, THE
OWNER NEVER GETS IT ???

NO RESPONSE.

I EMAIL

>> tomcat-user-request@jakarta.apache.org
>>
>> tomcat-user-owner@jakarta.apache.org

NO RESPONSE.

I TRY EVERYTHING THREE TIMES NOW.

NO RESPONSE.

GET ME OFF THIS FUCKING LIST NOW.

DO NOT RELY ON AN AUTOMATIC UNSUBSCRIBE SYSTEM THAT CANNOT BE USED BY THE
MOST WIDELY USED EMAIL CLIENT (OUTLOOK EXPRESS). THAT IS PATHETIC.

Yes. I have tried it a lot of times, but I'm still subscribe.
