Any IDE plug-in needed/available for CXF fast touch?

Hi, Dear all:
Since I am a novice to CXF, I am wandering is there any plug-ins (such as
eclipse serials) for CXF fast developement (extremly useful and intuitive
for the freshman)?

I noticed most of the CXF tutorial are referenced to manual configuration.
Considering the XFire eclipse plug-in are a little bit out-of-date, the
eclipse WTP only provides Axis-x support, I haven't received any response
from the eclipse STP group yet, and I feel a little confused with the CXF
eclipse setup with mvn. (sorry for not much knowledge with maven); I hope
there exists an easy approach to touch CXF, just as what IBM developwork has
described in 2007. (Use the Eclipse SOA Tools platform plug-in to build and
deploy a web service).

Thanks!

Best Regards
ye

Work has been started to get the WTP stuff to support CXF/JAX-WS a bit
better. One of the IONA folks have posted a short video of it "in action":

http://open.iona.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=331&tstart=0

(might need to register/login to see it, not really sure)

Definitely take a look at it and maybe provide them some feedback (although
feedback on a video is somewhat awkword, I'm looking forward to the plugins
being available).

I believe Eclipse SOA tools has something for CXF. But if you want
graphical toys, Metro is best because everything they do is configured
within NetBeans. That has a drawback though that once you're outside
NetBeans it's kind of hard to figure out what to do for configuration.

There's something to be said though about using Ant or Maven for web
service development[1], namely that the skills learned there can help
you with many other software projects.
