Robbie Gemmell closed QPID-1038.
--------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Closing thess issues out as they relate to the old 0-8 and 0-10 .Net clients which were removed from the repository months ago, and not the current .Net bindings for the C++ messaging API.

> The client seems to be quite locky in it's lower levels, running MessageOrderTest will show that almost all of the sends are processed before almost any of the recieves, and that all of the sends are done before all the receives.
