[PR] Fix async subscription commits after close [iotdb]

   Async commit workers could return silently when the consumer closed before execution, leaving callbacks and futures pending forever. Check that the consumer is open before acking so callback commits report failure and future commits complete exceptionally with SubscriptionException.\n\nTests: mvn test -pl iotdb-client/subscription -Dtest=SubscriptionConsumerLifecycleTest; mvn spotless:apply -pl iotdb-client/subscription
