**Doc Bug: Iceberg Flink Example uses unsupported UNIQUE constraint**
The [doc](https://iceberg.apache.org/docs/latest/flink-writes/) has below example which fails on Flink 1.17 after https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-30386 as UNIQUE constraint is not supported in Flink.
```
CREATE TABLE `hive_catalog`.`default`.`sample` (
`id` INT UNIQUE COMMENT 'unique id',
`data` STRING NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY(`id`) NOT ENFORCED
) with ('format-version'='2', 'write.upsert.enabled'='true');
[ERROR] Could not execute SQL statement. Reason:
org.apache.flink.sql.parser.error.SqlValidateException: UNIQUE constraint is not supported yet
```
The below one without UNIQUE works
```
CREATE TABLE `hive_catalog`.`default`.`sample` (
`id` INT COMMENT 'unique id',
`data` STRING NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY(`id`) NOT ENFORCED
) with ('format-version'='2', 'write.upsert.enabled'='true');
```
