[ANN] Welcome new committers - Jasvir Nagra and Henning Schmiedehausen

Greetings,

The Shindig PMC recently voted to approve two new committers -- Jasvir Nagra
and Henning Schmiedehausen. Both have contributed numerous patches and
expressed an interest in working more directly on the Shindig project.
 Congratulations Jasvir and Henning!
