[I] Node SDK's token list deserializer silently drops/corrupts tokens [iggy]
mattp5657 opened a new issue, #4170:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iggy/issues/4170
### Bug description
`deserializeTokens` (`foreign/node/src/wire/token/token.utils.ts`)
misparses any response with **3+ personal access tokens** — silently
drops trailing ones, or corrupts a later token's name/expiry with bytes
read from the wrong offset. No error thrown either way. Affects
`getTokens`/`PersonalAccessTokenClient` whenever a user has 3+ tokens.
