[J2] Page Aggregation Branch created

I've just created a new branch in Jetspeed 2 CVS: aggregation_1-branch.

The purpose of this branch is to work on implementing the MT aggregation
process described in the design docs committed by David without
breaking the current CVS HEAD.

Anybody wanting to help out on this task is welcome to check out the
branch.
Be warned that this is very luch a work in progress and the branch
may not even compile properly from time to time.

For those not familiar with CVS branches, just do:

cvs checkout -d jakarta-jetspeed-2-aggregation jakarta-jetspeed-2
cd jakarta-jetspeed-2-aggregation
cvs update -P -r aggregation_1-branch
