Description:
There are some relics of previous refactoring: like: [https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/9e7bad0edd9f6c59c0af21c95e5df98cf82150d3/resource-managers/kubernetes/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/deploy/k8s/Constants.scala#L63]
Target is to cleanup anything not used.
