XMLForm: always an ERROR in logs

Hello,

I'm using XMLForm and all my apps work well but I have always the same ERROR in /WEB-INF/logs/error.log:

ERROR   (2003-05-12) 17:21.04:968   [xmlform] (/Cocoon_tomcat_29.01.03/woc/xmlform/searchdistributiononclient.html) Thread-6/XMLFormTransformer: unknown element [item]

This error occurs each time I call my apps and (I think) each time I use the <item> element.
I'm using this element as described in wizard exemple:
<item>
</item>

Is there someone that has an idea what's wrong?
