    Description: 
* Create an empty docker image engine template (r-engine-template) to be used to create new engines based on R.
 * Make publicly available on a public docker register (Marvin register)
 * Some of the parameter to create the new image should come from outside parameters (Eg. engine name, contributor, email)
 * Use a volume to exposes engine source code externally
