业务场景：

所有生产者和消费者公用一个queue。

生产者P1 发送 属性 为A消息。 

生产者P2 发送 属性 为B消息。 

消费者C1 使用过滤器只消费属性为A的消息。

消费者C2 使用过滤器只消费属性为B的消息。

问题：

当消费者C1死掉时。属性为A的消息无法被消费。该消息会积压到队列中。当队列中该消息积压到500条以上时。  *导致 消费者C2无法消费该队列中属性为B的消息。*

诉求：

A类型消息，可以积压。

B类型消息，消费者C2可以消费。
