[patch|^OAK-6082-v1.patch] for the same

[~catholicon] [~tmueller] Please review. It uses nodetype index to determine the index paths. This service would then later be used for diagnostic purposes where logic needs to know all index paths in the setup.

For now it deals with index paths only. Regarding oak:index ... that I realized should be done in a separate issue
