Docker images for fineract

Victor -  since you helped last time, can you tell me what is happening on
the Docker Hub image for fineract?  I believe we set it up as a jenkins
push.  (not pull)

Is it still building successfully and why is the health grade a "D"?

Hello James,

The grade D is because the Docker Scout is finding supply chain health
issues. Let me take a look at the issues that are being detected by this
tool and revert back.
