[RocketMQ] Apache RocketMQ Connector Project

Hi devs,

I am a 4th-year Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate of the
University of Moratuwa and I have some hands-on experience on using message
brokers like Apache Kafka. So I would like to work on Apache RocketMQ
connector <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-305?filter=12345517>
[1] Project as my GSOC 2019 project.

I have already followed the Quick Start Guide and would like to contribute
to newbie/beginner issues first to get a head start. Are any relevant
issues/bugs I can involve at this stage my understanding?
