Cornerstone is currently capable of generating the xinfo descriptors and manifest by running xdoclet over the 
code base. The following needs to be done; 
 
* Verify that the produced descriptors match hand maintained descriptors 
* Integrate XDoclet into cornerstone build process completely and delete handmaintained descriptors 
* Integrate XDoclet into all the apps in apps project 
* Document the javadoc tags that are used
