documentation link incorrect

Hi all,

I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention, the link to the 1.3
alpha 8 api documentation on the documentation page:

http://logging.apache.org/log4j/docs/documentation.html

is incorrect.  It links to the 1.2.13 documentation.  I didn't notice
immediately, and it was causing me some confusion :)
