   ### Description
   
   Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise® (IHE) define a format to share sliced aggregated data

   This is supported by system such as DHIS2 (java based) but it think it would be a great if Doris could manage it
   
    if this issue seems interesting I might try to create a PR on the API but I am not familiar with Doris code
   
   ### Use case
   
   Health system want to share their metrics using the already implemented ADX converter, they could share is to a Doris server in addition/in replacement of the former endpoint
