OK, the log file seems to stop short--is that the whole thing?  I am not familiar
with ServletExec 3.1, is it a Servlet 2.2 compliant servlet engine?  If not, is
there an upgrade that would make it that way?

Without seeing any kind of real error in the logs, I need more information to
help you.  What do you see on the screen?
