Time for board report
I'd like to submit it Dec 12th (a week from next Monday).
Items to include:
1) Release of uima sdk 2.4.0 (I hope :-) )
2) Adding a new committer
Other items?

Apache UIMA's mission: the creation and maintenance of open-source
software related to the analysis of unstructured data, guided by the
UIMA Oasis Standard.
Releases:
