   They're always on... there's no control to enable/disable them.
   
   If you're looking to add more of them, I can steer you in the right direction to contribute them. They use the `InfoTooltipWithTrigger` component if I'm not mistaken. 
   
   If you mean some sort of "guided help" mechanism to onboard users, that's not a Superset feature, but does exist with Preset (a commercial offering of Superset).
