   - Add `sbt-salad-days` plugin (0.1.0) to strip fonts and inkuire.js from Scaladoc archives
   - Significantly reduces release artifact size (e.g. ~420KB for minimal docs)
   - Plugin operates automatically once added to `project/plugins.sbt`
