Hello, I have the same problem, but I do not have VS 2017 and 2019 therefore I cannot configure the MSBUILDDIR environment variable, I only have Android Studios and the error is:
MSBuild v4.0 is not supported, aborting.
Error: AppPackages does not exist
My version of cordova is:
7.0.0
Any idea how to solve the problem I have?
