On the WEB site [Phoenix in 15 minutes or less|http://phoenix.apache.org/Phoenix-in-15-minutes-or-less.html]
download and [setup SQuirrel|http://phoenix.apache.org/download.html#SQL-Client] as your SQL client so you can issue adhoc SQL against your HBase cluster
is pointing to the wrong page. I guess intention here was [http://phoenix.apache.org/installation.html] SQL Client
