[jira] [Created] (INFRA-6728) unable to commit large files to dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ctakes

James Joseph Masanz created INFRA-6728:
------------------------------------------

Summary: unable to commit large files to dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ctakes
                 Key: INFRA-6728
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6728
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Dists, Subversion
            Reporter: James Joseph Masanz
            Priority: Critical

I was able to commit small files (KEYS and *.asc for example) to dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ctakes

But I am getting 413 'Request Entity Too Large' on the .gz and .zip archives (for the source artifacts, not just the convenience binaries)
None of the artifacts are over 1GB.

Is there a limit to the file size that can checked into dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ctakes

If so, can that limit be increased to, say, 600MB (we currently need a little over 400MB)
If not, what alternative method do you recommend?

This is holding up our first release as a TLP.

Details:
$ svn commit apache*src.zip -m "apache ctakes 3.1.0 rc3 released as 3.1.0" --username james-masanz
Adding (bin) apache-ctakes-3.1.0-src.zip
Transmitting file data .svn: E175002: Commit failed (details follow):

svn: E175002: Additional errors:
