Tomcat + IIS + Wondows XP

Hello
Anybody knows how to configure tomcat for run With IIS in Windows XP.
I cannot run mys .jsp's and my servlets
Ans the other question i have is how i could create a web directory with
Tomcat or IIS , where i can run my servlets.
