Tomcat-Apache Directory Structure for jsp pages

For Apache to server jsp pages via Tomcat should I include the following
directory structure in my Apache Virtual Host Directory

/onjava
/onjava/WEB-INF
/onjava/WEB-INF/classes
/onjava/WEB-INF/lib
