After just under 13 years (13th April 1999 according to board minutes), ConCom would now like our own website, events.apache.org ! (This will compliment our existing wikis, and will allow us to centralise some of our information which is currently spread across the foundation site and comdev)
This should be set up for use with the CMS, with a similar setup to ComDev, so that anyone can edit, but only the PMC can publish
As we don't have our own area in SVN (ApacheCon does, ConCom doesn't except within the members and committers repos), we'll need to create one. I believe I have the karma to do this, so if no-one objects I will set that bit up, along similar lines to what ComDev has. (Later we can potentially move the apachecon site tree within this, but that's not part of this)
I will sort out the templates, path and view files for this once the svn tree is done.

OK, I've created the structure in svn, and set the permissions and mailer notifications
I've also copied in a stub site setup, based on the ComDev one to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/concom/site/trunk . Is this all that's needed to turn on staging builds?
