Multiple endpoints functionality is implemented for whole DLab, however it does not work within one project (see attachments).

Add possibility to support multiple endpoints within one project.

1. More than one endpoints are runnnig

1. Create project with more than one endpoints

*Actual result:*

1. Project creation fails on step op bucket creation

*Expected result:*

1. Project creation is successful
