Apache + Subversion problem

Hi people,
I installed Subversion 1.5.5 with Apache Server 2.0 on Windows. I configured my repositories and is working fine. I working with eclipse and subclipse plugin to connect the repository.
The problem that i have is when i do the following tasks.
1. A developer commits their changes.
2. I synchronize the repo with my proyect.
3. I Update the changes. The update is successfully.
4. I synchronize the changes again, and the changes are there again.

In the step 3, when the update is success, i go to my local proyect and my files aren´t updated.

Somebody happened?...
I suspect that the problem came with the side of the apache configuration, but i not sure.

Thanks in advance..

I'm having trouble following your description. Not sure what you mean
by "synchronize". Do you mean the "svn update" command? Can you post
the specific svn commands you're executing, what their output is, and
what the state of your files then is, and how that differs from what
you wanted?
