Checking for the 1st or Last element in Velocity

Given the following macro

#macro( SetupFields )
#foreach( $f in $data.Table.Field )
   @$util.PadRight($f.Name,30)$util.PadRight($f.Type,30)=null
#end
#end

How can I determin if I'm at the 1st or last element in the loop
