   Just ran the following on a fresh debian VM which worked fine:
   
   ```
   bash <(curl -f -L -sS https://ngxpagespeed.com/install) --nginx-version latest
   ```
   
   What does /home/stevenchu/nginx-1.13.8/nginx-1.13.8/autoconf.err look like?
