   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   *Currently, only BigInt type is supported and we should support the other types as well. This PR includes almost DataTypes except TIMESTAMP_WITH_ZONE and INTERVAL*

     - *Change logical type to datatype in python operator and runner*
