Opps, I also forgot to say that the bugs here reported, ie the cell contents
repeated and the right click problem should be resolved with the new POI
package that has been committed.

And smaller :-)
I've changed the POI code so that is uses the Jakarta Commons Logging stuff
as promised.
In this way log4j is optional, and I've removed it from the libs.

I already had a discussion on this issue on the POI list, and POI will use
a facade for logging sooner or later (which means when-if I do it myself
;-).
For now, I made all the cocoon-POI stuff use Avalon logging, but core POI
still has this dependency.
