Axis 1.1 MANIFEST.MF file

I assume Axis 1.1 final will be released in the next fews days.  Before it goes gold, please check the MANIFEST.MF file to ensure the proper version is listed.

In the nightly releases, we have listed something like: Implementation-Version: 1.1RC2 April 15 2003.  I assume the gold release should be something like:
Implementation-Version: 1.1 or Implementation-Version: 1.1 Final.
