Currently the graph URI (an URN) is automatically created based on a prefix + Yard implementation + Yard name. Because of this it is not possible to create an ClerezzaYard for an already existing Clerezza TrippleCollection.

This will add an optional configuration that allows to configure the Graph URI used to lookup/create the Clerezza Graph via the TcManager service.
