    This is a followup PR for #42783 , to remove  `try_reflect` problem filter rule in spark connect.
    
    ### Why are the changes needed?
    make sure the `try_reflect` check work.
    
    ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
    No
    
    ### How was this patch tested?
    exist test.
    
    ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
    No
