[ANN] Apache Ace release 2.1.0

Hi,

The Apache Ace team is pleased to announce the release of
Apache Ace version 2.1.0.

Major highlights for this release are:

- upgrade to latest Felix DM 4, Felix HTTP (Jetty 9);
- the former Ant-build is replaced by Gradle;
- several performance improvements were made;

A total of 51 issues were solved in this release, see:
