   If in emphasis, you set a border color, you have to hover over the border to see the color.
   
   ### Version & Environment [版本及环境]
   + ECharts version [ECharts 版本]: 4.10
   + Browser version [浏览器类型和版本]: Chrome 67.0.3396.99
   + OS Version [操作系统类型和版本]: Windows 10
   
   ### Expected behaviour [期望结果]
   I think the intended use, was to hover over the node, just like the color or shadow property, in order to change borderColor. Just like in:  https://finviz.com/map.ashx
