Calling Portlets in different panels

Hi pople, I need to call a portlet in other panel I am. 
for example:
I'm in a portlet Z in the panel A and when I click in  a link in this portlet I need to go to portlet X in the panel B. I need to enable the panel B and disable panel A.
Anybody know how to make it?
