Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: FOR-84
Summary: forrestbot2: value vs. location
Type: Bug
Status: Unassigned
Priority: Minor
Project: Forrest
Component: Forrestbot
Versions:
HEAD
Assignee:
Reporter: Dave Brondsema
Created: Thu, 16 Oct 2003 10:12 PM
Updated: Thu, 16 Oct 2003 10:12 PM
Description:
There are still some cases where 'value' is used instead of 'location' when setting properties. For example, cvs.xml and local.xml set build.work-dir to a relative path. This breaks things for me. Moreover, build.work-dir should only be set in forrestbot.xml (correctly using 'location'), not in cvs.xml or local.xml.
Jeff: You're the only committer working on forrestbot2, right? Should I continue to post improvements & bugfixes via JIRA, or should I email you directly, or something else?
