OpenNLP supports which languages ? I am looking for English and French.

There is good support for English in OpenNLP. Depending on your use case you
could train models with the OntoNotes Corpus.

For French you can train on the French Treebank and again depending on your
needs maybe on
other sources or self-annotated data.
