[users@httpd] bandwidth control for Apache 2.0 or Apache 1.3 (win32)
Hey
How can i limit the bandwidth apache is using?, its really a big problem for me
right now :/

i cant get _non_ of them working under win32 or maybe i don't know how to
install them right

Checkk out the various bandwith modules on modules.apache.org. That is on
software. Your router or loadbalancer can also do clever things - as can
your software stack on some OS-es.
