[ANNOUNCE] Sterling Hughes joins the Incubator PMC

Greets,

Sterling Hughes, an emeritus Apache Member, has joined the Incubator
PMC.  He is a core contributor for the Mynewt OS and is proposed as a
Mentor for that pending podling.

Sterling was active at the ASF during the early days of HTTPD and PHP.
Sterling, if you have any reminiscences about that time or thoughts on
how Apache has or hasn't changed since then, I think that Incubator
folks would be interested to hear from you.
