Please note that the below document (privately archived) is an
assignment of the OOZIE registered trademark and related goodwill from
Yahoo! to the ASF. Thanks to the Yahoo! counsel for including the
official USPTO form with the assignment, it's very pretty.
Once the Apache Oozie podling has a website, you should use an (R) for
your project logo and Oozie name, instead of a plain (TM).
