Subject: New XMLBeans committer - Wing Yew Poon
I'd like to propose Wing Yew Poon as a committer for XMLBeans. Wing Yew has contributed to XMLBeans for the last three years through his contribution of a number of features, fixes, tests and his involvement on mailing lists.
For the latest release v2.4.0, he added support for pluggable advanced XPath/XQuery implementations, upgraded support for Saxon9, submitted quite a few new tests, and helped with the tests and with the website update.
Please send your comments in the next few days; I'll submit an official vote in a few days.
Thank you,
Cezar Andrei
