> Currently some features/extensions (e.g. pycrytpo, gporca, etc) are embedded into hawq code via the git submodule mechanism which is similar to a link. In hawq git repo, during hawq build, it will download the submodule repos and build those functionality, however if we decide to generate a source tarball which is independent on the git repo, this will be an issue.
